Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN is required for this role and IL RN licensure is required.
• ADN candidates may be considered if they commit to obtaining a BSN within 3 years.
• BLS certification is required and ACLS/PALS/ENPC and TNCC within 1 year for ER.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients and identify care needs on admission.
• Organize health data for accurate, accessible records.
• Perform nursing interventions based on evidence and standard care.
• Coordinate with care team to plan discharge and follow-up.
• Document nursing plans, progress, and patient education.
• Communicate with patients and families and arrange referrals as needed.
