Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC and TNCC certifications within specified time frames for ER roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide Dressings/monitoring and direct patient care in ER Transitional Care.
• Monitor patient status and perform assessments.
• Administer medications and manage infusions as ordered.
• Collaborate with inpatient teams for discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families using evidence-based practices.
