OhioHealth Corporation is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department night shift. The role provides general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7/365 environment, with accountability defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

The RN delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per policy and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree (BSN preferred after 5 years), an active Ohio RN license, and BLS certification.

Formación

• Associate degree required; BSN may be required after 5 years of employment.
• Current RN license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis - initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate response to nursing interventions and revise plan of care as needed.
• Leadership - participate in process improvements for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Operations - contribute to safe and efficient department operations.
