Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from Ohio or multistate compact.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred with 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across care continuum.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to state practice act.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in a High Reliability Organization.
