Job summary

The RN is accountable per the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegates tasks to LPNs/UAPs, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. BSN preferred with a multi-state compact licensure possible.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Document planned interventions based on diagnoses and patient needs.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plans with the team.
• Participate in process improvement for quality, safety, and efficiency.
