Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform health status assessments and document findings.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: plan interventions based on diagnoses and problems.
• Implementation/Evaluation: execute care plans and evaluate outcomes with the team.
• Leadership: participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operations: support daily department operations and patient care delivery.
