Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriate intervals; revises plan of care as part of a multidisciplinary team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to achieve clinical quality and patient outcomes (10%).
• Operations - Performs operational tasks as needed by the department (10%).
