Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required by 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and develop care plans.
• Perform ongoing assessments and document interventions.
• Implement care and evaluate patient outcomes with the care team.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and efficiency.
• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in a 24/7 Emergency Department.
