Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This role provides general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care in a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Ohio; multi-state licensure accepted.
• BSN preferred or required after five years of employment as per posting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family health status on admission and throughout care.
• Plan and document nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvement activities to improve clinical quality and safety.
• Operate within the department policies and nursing care standards.
