Job summary

Banner Staffing Services - AZ in Mesa, Arizona seeks an RN to join our registry, with self-scheduling of a minimum of 2 shifts per month and no fixed weekend commitment. Opportunities for Day and Night shifts across Banner Health locations are available.

ED RN experience (12 months in the last 18 months) and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required at hire. This Registry/Per Diem role offers flexibility and a pathways to internal opportunities within Banner Health.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• Emergency Department RN experience for 12 months within the last 18 months.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required at time of hire.
• Self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month with no weekend commitment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for ED patients.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to execute patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
