Banner Health's Banner Staffing Services in Mesa, AZ is seeking an RN with acute care experience. You will self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month with day/night options and can pick up shifts at other Banner locations.

BSS offers Registry/Per Diem opportunities and internal eligibility for regular roles; travel/assignment options span several western states. Requirements include current RN license, BLS, ACLS on hire, and 12+ months recent acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or required on hire.
• Acute care experience: minimum 12 months within last 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy and standards.
• Develop and revise care plans with patient/family input and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate activities, and supervise care delivery.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plan; ensure timely documentation.
