Banner Health is seeking an RN for Banner Staffing Services in Mesa, AZ. You will self-schedule a minimum of two shifts per month with no weekend commitment, with opportunities for Day and Night shifts and to pick up shifts at other Banner Health locations.

Applicants must have Acute Care Registered Nurse experience within the last 18 months and hold BLS and ACLS at hire. Registry/Per Diem options are offered with flexible scheduling and internal opportunities for regular roles.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS required on hire.
• RN license in state of practice or compact license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with the health care team.
• Provide direct patient care according to physician orders and nursing plan of care.
