Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team on a PRN night schedule in Pennsylvania.

You will assess, plan, implement and document patient care for diverse ED cases, maintain patient privacy, and adhere to COLA/CLIA as applicable. The role requires an active PA RN license, 2+ years ER experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania, required.
• 2+ years ER or comparable nursing experience, required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• Act 33 and Act 73 clearances may be required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific nursing care in the ED.
• Document medical records accurately, concisely and legibly.
• Monitor and record patient signs, symptoms and status.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers as needed.
