Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department in a 20-bed small-format hospital. This full-time night-shift role (7PM–7AM) offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a flexible, team-driven work environment in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality care while maintaining patient privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• 2+ years ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.
• Act 33/73 clearances in PA or obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific nursing care in ER.
• Document medical records accurately and legibly.
• Monitor signs and patient status and respond to changes.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Prepare equipment and assist with procedures.
