Signaturecare Emergency Center Master is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Killeen ED. The RN will assess, organize, modify, evaluate, document, and maintain the plan of care for emergency department patients, ensuring quality, cost-effective care with strong guest relations.

Requirements include an RN license in Texas, (2) years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. The role involves day/night shifts with full-time/part-time options.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher and Texas RN license.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications.
• Strong oral and written communication; flexible and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient acuity and assign triage levels.
• Collaborate with physicians to plan care.
• Provide high level customer service and anticipate patient needs.
• Coordinate tests and treatments for timely care in ED.
