Qualifications
- 2 years ED experience required.
- Current RN license within the state of practice.
- Current BCLS Certification.
- ACLS Certification within six months of hire.
- PALS within six months of hire.
- ENPC and TNCC optional.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care and evaluates outcomes, coordinating with specialists as needed.
- Performs head-to-toe assessments across pediatric to geriatric patients and reassessments per policy.
- Manages pain with education for patients and families.
- Uses triage processes to ensure timely and appropriate care and appropriate triage categorization.
