Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years ED experience required.
• Current RN license within the state of practice.
• Current BCLS Certification.
• ACLS certified within six months of hire.
• PALS within six months of hire.
• ENPC and TNCC optional.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Performs head-to-toe assessments and reassessments across all ages.
• Assesses and manages pain and uses appropriate pain management techniques.
• Uses triage to ensure timely and appropriate care and assigns triage categories.
