Sierra Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, is seeking an Emergency Dept Registered Nurse for a full-time role with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a flexible schedule. The position involves both clinical and managerial responsibilities, direct and indirect patient care, and staffing activities within a busy ED.

Qualified candidates will have 2 years of ED experience, an active RN license in the state, BCLS, ACLS and PALS (within 6 months), with ENPC/TNCC optional.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years ED experience required.
• Current RN license within the state of practice.
• Current BCLS Certification.
• ACLS Certified within six (6) months of hire.
• PALS within six (6) months of hire.
• ENPC and TNCC optional.

Aufgaben

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Participates in hiring of staff.
• Communicates with physicians, Nurse Manager, Director and coworkers about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
