Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting including patient registration, medical office scheduling, or front desk/admissions.
• Post secondary education in medical office administration or healthcare administration preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and families, providing courteous, timely assistance.
• Regulates schedules based on procedure requirements and staffing needs.
• Pre-registers scheduled patients by obtaining accurate demographic information.
