Responsabilidades

• Interview patients to collect demographic, financial, and insurance information.
• Enter patient information into the registration system.
• Read physician orders to determine procedures and instruct patients.
• Escort patients to assigned rooms and update records.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with general hospital information and directions.
• Coordinate financial counseling and self-pay collection activities.
• Document notes on patient accounts and billing.
