• Assist management with daily operations and Registration Specialist duties.
• Mentor and train new/existing staff on daily tasks and procedures.
• Monitor quality assurance and productivity reports and respond to issues.
• Handle deposits, patient Liens, ABN payments, and financial counseling routing.
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure proper documentation of demographics and insurance.
