Emerus is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department on the Night Shift (7pm–7am) in a 16-bed small-format hospital in Las Vegas. This PRN role focuses on delivering age-specific nursing care, accurate documentation, and adherence to infection control standards.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree (BSN preferred), an active RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN ER or equivalent experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• English fluency in writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the ER.
• Follow physician orders and document accurately in medical records.
• Monitor and record patient signs, symptoms, and status.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Perform admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Prepare equipment and assist with procedures in the ER.
