Emerus Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to assess, plan, and deliver patient care in a small-format hospital setting.

The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing, accurate documentation, infection control, and collaboration with physicians and the care team. The position requires ER experience, active RN licensure, and a strong commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.

Competenze

• Current state RN license without sanctions is required.
• 2+ years RN experience in ER or equivalent preferred.
• English fluency in written and spoken form is required.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the ER.
• Provide age-specific nursing care using advanced clinical skills.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Prepare equipment and assist with diagnostic or treatment procedures.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Support quality assessment activities and team meetings.
