Qualifications

• Associate of Science Nursing or above.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• TX RN license upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care meeting physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Design and document care plans with daily goals and discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies; report changes to physicians.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide bedside shift report with family participation; ensure continuity of care.
