Job summary

St. Luke's Health - Memorial Lufkin, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in East Texas.

You will perform assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and outcomes. The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in Nursing, 1 year of RN experience, CPR/ACLS/PALS, and a commitment to patient safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree In Nursing upon hire or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of RN experience required.
• Registered Nurse license for TX upon hire.
• BLS/CPR required within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and throughout care.
• Design, implement, and document the plan of care and discharge needs.
• Prepare patients for treatments and notify physician of changes.
• Reassess patients and adjust care as needed after interventions.
• Provide bedside reports and ensure continuity of patient care.
