Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Patient Access Representative role in a hospital/ER/clinic.
• Experience with ER registration, admitting, and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests with a cheerful demeanor and direct them to services.
• Collect demographic information and obtain signatures for billing accuracy.
• Maintain patient information logs and handle phone inquiries professionally.
• Manage office supplies and keep a clean, welcoming environment.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile patient accounts daily.
• Assist with patient flow and coordination with ER staff.
