Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Patient Access Representative in a Hospital, ER, or Clinic.
• Previous ER registration, admitting, and scheduling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct them to services with a welcoming demeanor.
• Collect demographic information and signatures for billing accuracy.
• Maintain financial ledgers and reconcile patient accounts daily.
