Banner Health is hiring a Patient Access Services Representative for the ER registration team. You will be the first point of contact, greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and help with financial counseling as needed. The role supports rapid, accurate intake across multiple care settings.

Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrate strong communication and empathy, and are tech-savvy with a customer-service mindset. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Formación

• Experience in patient access, scheduling, or front-office healthcare preferred (but we will train the right person).
• Stellar communication skills and high emotional IQ.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a natural problem-solver.

Responsabilidades

• Verify patient demographics and input into EHR accurately.
• Greet patients, verify insurance, and process registration quickly and compassionately.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
• Use multi-system technology to streamline intake and record-keeping and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
