St. Louis Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced Paramedic to join the Emergency Department. This full-time role offers a 7:00pm–7:30am shift, every 3rd weekend, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with comprehensive benefits.

You will provide urgent trauma care under RN/ER physician supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and teamwork. As part of a renowned pediatric hospital, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, participate in ongoing training, and help deliver lifesaving

Qualifikationen

• Paramedic license and ACLS/BLS required.
• PALS and Trauma Nurse Core Course preferred.
• Strong assessment and decision-making in emergency care.

Aufgaben

• Documents assessments and triage patients; assigns trauma to rooms.
• Administers procedures per RN/physician instructions.
• Maintains certifications and participates in emergency preparedness training.
• Assists in prioritizing care for trauma, medical and mental health cases.
• Performs routine equipment checks and inventory management.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practice.
