Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift (7pm–7am). You will perform the nursing process, deliver patient-centered care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license (single state or compact) with BLS/PALS/TNCC/ACLS certifications and are committed to professional development and evidence-based practice in a busy ED setting.

Competenze

Requires Associate degree, Diploma or Bachelors in Nursing as minimum education.
RN license (Single State or Compact) required; BLS/PALS/TNCC/ACLS certifications preferred or required.

Mansioni

Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care and adapts to diverse populations.
Collaborates with the care team using effective communication and bedside/round-based handoffs.
