Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process and evidence-based care with individualized plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Document care accurately and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient-family education and support during shifts.
