Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on PT Nights (7pm-7am). You will join an interdisciplinary team to provide high quality, compassionate care, guided by Wellstar models and standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of RN experience, active GE/compact licensure, and current BLS/PALS/ACLS as applicable. Excellence in patient-centered care and collaboration with nurses and physicians is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RN experience required.
• Licensure as RN with active Georgia/S compact license or multi-state license when applicable.
• BLS and pediatric life support certifications required on hire or within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe patient care in a fast-paced ED.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
• Engage with patients and families to communicate plans and support needs.
