Job summary

TriHealth's Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time night position (7pm–7:30am) includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

You’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct and indirect patient care, with a strong emphasis on safe, high-quality outcomes and rapid clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Minimum RN education with licensure in Ohio.
• BSN should be completed within 5 years of hire.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and update plans of care tailored to patient needs.
• Provide safe, therapeutic nursing care while upholding patient dignity.
• Recognize emergencies and respond with rapid decision-making.
• Communicate clearly with providers and the care team.
• Complete documentation within scheduled timeframes and support staff development.
