TriHealth's 4100 Telemetry Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Part-Time Nights position at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. The unit provides high-acuity cardiovascular and neurovascular care, with a focus on NSTEMI, heart failure, and post-procedural recovery.

The role requires an RN with an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing and a plan to obtain a BSN within five years. The nurse will perform assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).
• Registered Nurse status in good standing as per licensing authority.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family. Documents ongoing assessment per TriHealth guidelines.
• Plans care for patient and family; initiates and individualizes plan of care with healthcare team.
• Provides a safe, therapeutic environment; recognizes emergency situations and acts accordingly.
• Evaluates care plan outcomes; collaborates with patient/family and health care team; revises plan as needed.
