Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MSICU/PCU. This full‑time night shift role offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, shift incentives, and exposure to high‑acuity critical care including CRRT and USGPIV, in a 28 ICU/14 PCU bed environment.

You will perform patient assessments, plan and deliver holistic nursing care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and nursing knowledge across the life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families; document per unit/TriHealth standards.
• Develop and execute individualized plans of care based on assessment findings, standards, and desired outcomes.
• Deliver safe, holistic care while maintaining patient dignity, autonomy, and rights in a high‑acuity setting.
• Recognize emergent situations and coordinate timely interventions for patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Provide patient/family education and document response to care and teaching.
