TriHealth's Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH seeks an Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You’ll deliver direct and indirect patient care in a high‑acuity ED, coordinating with physicians and the care team and guiding families through urgent situations.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision‑making, and a commitment to safe, high‑quality care. Orientation ranges 6–12 weeks, with on‑site work and a days schedule.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong foundation in biological, physical, behavioral, and social nursing sciences.
• Preferred: 1+ year of acute care experience or 2 years part‑time.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing patient and family assessments; document per TriHealth standards.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
• Provide safe, therapeutic nursing care while maintaining dignity and autonomy.
• Recognize and respond to emergency and rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Communicate effectively with providers and the care team.
• Complete all assigned patient care and documentation within required timeframes.
• Serve as a resource by sharing clinical knowledge and assisting staff development.
