TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH is seeking a Charge Nurse for Surgery/Main OR. This full‑time Day shift includes a $5k sign‑on bonus and on‑call pay incentives. The role requires an RN with an Associate’s degree and a BSN within 5 years, plus 1–2 years’ OR experience.

ACLS/PALS may be required; BLS is mandatory. You’ll lead a busy OR team, manage staffing, and coordinate care across multiple surgical specialties in a high‑volume environment with strong nurse‑physician

Qualifications

• RN with Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN within 5 years of hire.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care delivery with the healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as a resource to staff regarding standards of care and policies.
• Identify and address actual or potential patient care concerns.
• Support instructors, students, and new staff to maintain high-quality care.
• Create and adjust patient assignments and staffing based on acuity and competency.
• Participate in committees and quality improvement initiatives.
