Job summary

Banner Health's Page Hospital in Page, Arizona is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a full-time Day shift in the Emergency Center. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and uphold Banner's standards of practice in a Level IV Trauma emergency department.

This role requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ongoing competency; BSN preferred. The hospital offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice. BLS certification required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and other compliance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care.
• Implement and coordinate care with the health care team.
• Document assessment, plan, and evaluation in the patient record.
