Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an ER Nurse for our Emergency Room to join a 16-bed small-format hospital setup. The role involves assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced ER environment.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new employees, with a mid shift from 11am to 11pm. The position is full-time, and we provide opportunities for continuing education (CEU's) at no cost to you.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree, required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state, without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or equivalent RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association or Red Cross; TNCC preferred.
• English language fluency for written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific nursing care in the ER.
• Complete accurate, concise medical documentation.
• Observe and record signs and symptoms and patient status.
• Propose revisions of interventions and expected outcomes.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
