Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. in North Las Vegas seeks an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 16-bed small-format hospital. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing and evaluating patient care in the ER, with mid-shift hours from 10 am to 10 pm.

Requires ADN or BSN, current Nevada RN license, 2+ years ER experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and clearances. Competitive full-time position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus; English fluency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or comparable experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document medical records accurately and legibly.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient status.
• Follow physician orders and collaborate with the care team.
• Perform specimen collection and basic lab testing per policy.
• Ensure infection control and patient privacy.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
