Job summary

Emerus in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes age-appropriate nursing care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with physicians to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Requires an RN license, 2+ years ER experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and English proficiency. Full-time shift is mid-shift (10a-10p) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or equivalent experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the ER.
• Provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing care.
• Complete accurate, concise documentation in medical records.
• Monitor signs, symptoms and patient physiology.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfers.
• Prepare equipment and assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
