Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. operates an 11-bed Emergency Room and is seeking an experienced RN for the night shift (7p–7a). The role includes assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care, with emphasis on accurate documentation and adherence to infection control standards.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with benefits and PTO. Qualified candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years full-time ER nursing experience required.
• Current state RN license without sanctions.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications current; TNCC preferred.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document medical records accurately and legibly.
• Monitor signs, symptoms and patient status; chart changes.
• Follow physician orders and assist with interventions and procedures.
• Ensure patient privacy and information confidentiality at all times.
• Provide admission, discharge, and transfer processes as needed.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for diagnostic/treatment procedures.
