Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for the Night Shift (7P–7A) at a 20-bed small-format hospital. You will assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the ER with a focus on safety and compassionate treatment.

This full-time role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials. Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years ER experience with English fluency and PA clearances.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma is required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or equivalent full-time RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS/ALS, and PALS certifications; ENPC may substitute for PALS; TNCC preferred.
• English fluency; written and oral communication.
• PA candidates: Act 33 and Act 73 clearances completed within last 5 years or before start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the ER.
• Provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing care.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Care for patients during admission, discharge and transfer.
