Qualifications

• Emergency Nurse Practitioner or equivalent required within 1 year of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale required within 60 days of employment start date.
• RN license (Registered Nurse) valid for the state.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) or instructor certification within 30 days.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or instructor certification within 90 days.
• TNCC or Trauma Nursing Core Course or equivalent instructor training within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient pain regularly and promote pain management.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate care requirements.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
• Prepare patients for self-management and explain non-pharmacological health strategies.
