Qualifications

• Must hold RN license and be eligible for licensure in Texas
• Experience in Emergency Department nursing preferred
• Ability to coordinate care with physicians and care team
• Proven patient advocacy and education skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in ED
• Assess, treat and reassess pain and vitals for ED patients
• Document care in patient records promptly and accurately
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely care and transfers
