Job summary

Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join the fast-paced ED team. You will rapidly assess and stabilize patients with strokes, heart attacks, or severe injuries, perform triage, and support an interdisciplinary team in critical care settings.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, active Colorado RN license, and ER experience of 3+ years, with ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Depending on shift, differential pay may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC certification required or within 6 months of hire.
• Active Colorado RN license required.
• Three years RN experience, ER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage cases by urgency in the ER.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Establish IV lines, manage intubations as needed.
• Document patient information and care actions.
• Collaborate with emergency team for rapid stabilization.
