Job summary

Emerus, a leader in small-format hospitals, seeks an ER RN for day shift in Converse, TX. You will assess and plan patient care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with a physician team in a fast-paced ED.

Requirements include an RN license, 2+ years in ER or similar, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Strong emphasis on patient privacy, infection control and quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions; BLS/ACLS/PALS required.
• 2+ years ER or comparable experience as RN.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the ER.
• Document care accurately in medical records.
• Follow physician orders and ensure patient privacy and safety.
• Perform or assist with procedures and sample collection.
