Qualifications

• Advanced life support certifications and critical care knowledge are required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience in an emergency/acute care setting.

Responsabilités

• Assists with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Participates in ongoing quality assessment of patient care in collaboration with management.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies to increase staff engagement and rounds.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, training, and staff development.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Supports inventory control and supply management.
