Job summary

HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care during the shift. You will work with the management team to monitor nursing care, support staff, and reinforce policies that promote exceptional outcomes and patient experience.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, staff scheduling, training, and collaboration to improve throughput and engagement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• ER experience required.
• ACLS/PALS/NALS neonatal ACLS certifications must be obtained within specified timelines.
• Active Registered Nurse license in FL or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination during the designated shift.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with management to create teamwork and improve outcomes.
