Qualifications

• RN with active license required.
• ACLS, BLS, and crisis intervention certifications within 30 days of start date.
• PALS certification within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput and high-quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with management.
• Coordinate staff and resources to support patient-centered outcomes.
• Lead staffing and training to improve performance and policy compliance.
• Support inventory control and supply management.
